Flourless Banana bread recipe

Ingredients
Depending on how much you want, here I do the following ratio that works for me:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp of oat
Note that if you want a bigger size, you may do a ratio of 2:2:8, respectively.
For a bit of flavour, you can add honey and cocoa powder as you like. I also add some nuts, such as pepitas and walnuts.
How to cook
First, you want to mash the banana. 
Then, add the egg and oat, and stir them together. 
Once ready, you can optionally add honey, cocoa powder and nuts as you wish. 
Lastly, put it in your oven/air fryer. Setting the temperature to 160C for 15 mins. Congratulations! You have a very healthy bread. 
I have it topped with smashed avocado for my breakfast. Yum!!
